Q.
How do I login to manage my
domain?
- Go to the
home page where you first registered your domain. You may need to click on
"Manage Domain" or "Domain Login". On the next screen scroll down to the bottom
to the User Login area:

Type in your domain name in the text
box to the right of "Domain". Type your domain name without the "www" such
as:
mydomainname.com
Type in your domain password that you
assigned to this domain when you first registered the name. Please note that
passwords are case sensitive.
Click the "Login" button and you will
enter your domain control panel.

Do I need a separate
password for each domain?
- With each domain you register
you assign a separate password for future login and domain management. You can
choose to make the password the same as other domains you have registered or
different.

How can I change my password?
- After you login and are in
your domain control panel, scroll down the bottom of the page to the section
entitled "Change Password"
Type in your new password and then
retype your password in the second text box. Click on "Modify" to save your
changes.
Make a note of your new password for
future login. Remember that your password is case sensitive.

Q.
I tried
to login to manage my domain but I got an error message.
- If you are
having problems logging in to manage your account, please check the follow items
below.
1) Make sure when you type in your domain ID that it is the
domain name without the "www" - example: Domain:
yourdomainname.com 2) Your password is case sensitive. Try and reenter
your password with this in mind. 3) If the browser you are using is
Internet Explorer 6.0 or AOL 6.0, there may be a temporary interface conflict
with high security settings. Click on "Tools" at the top of the Browser, then
click on "Internet Options". Next click on the Privacy or Security Tab. Slide
the bar for the security settings to medium or medium low. Save changes and then
exit. Then, retry logging in to your domain. 4) Please make sure that
you have cookies turned on.
How do I turn on Cookies in Internet Explorer
v5.5 and earlier versions?
PC From your browser, go to:
Tools --> Internet Options. Click on the Security settings Tab.
Make sure that the slider is set for medium. If it is set on custom you
can click the "Default Settings" button to reset these to the "medium" setting.
Click OK.
MAC From your browser,
go to: Edit --> Preferences. Double click on the "receiving files"
item in the left window.. Single click on the sub-item named cookies. In
the right window, selct the drop down menu item named "never ask" or "ask for
each site" (in which case you will have to accept the enom cookie when
prompted). Clik OK. How do I turn on Cookies in Netscape?
PC
and MAC From your browser, go to: Edit --> Preferences. Click
on "advanced" in the left window (Netscape6: double-click) (Netscape 6.1: double
click "Privacy and Security" option). Netscape6: click on the sub-menu item
named "cookies". Select the "accept all cookies option" in the right window.
Clik OK.

I can't remember my password?
- Go to the
home page where you first registered your domain. You may need to click on
"Manage Domain" or "Domain Login". On the next screen scroll down to the bottom

Type in your domain name in the text
box to the right of "Domain". Type your domain name without the "www" such

Type in any wrong or incorrect domain
password.
Click the "Login" button. At the next
screen you will see the following:

Click on the "click here" text and your
password will automatically be emailed to the administrative contact listed on
your contact whois information.
If you aren't sure what email you
listed as your contact email, go to http://checkdomain.com and do a whois search
for your domain name. Your contact whois information will be listed with your
email address. Make sure to check the email address listed for the
administrative contact to retrieve your password.
